1. All products sourced from Cisco’s Excess Used inventory are designated with a “-WS” at the end of the part number.
2. All products have a preloaded/valid version of the IOS and is relicensed by Cisco.
3. All products are fully functional but may include minor cosmetic imperfections.
4. All products are eligible for Smart Net Total Care (SNTC) support purchased through a Cisco authorized partner (subject to Cisco’s SNTC policies).
